God is Spirit and for this reason we could not know anything about Him or how we might relate to Him other than what he reveals to us. The Bible is the written record of God's communication with mankind. It reveals who God is. It reveals Jesus Christ and God's purpose to make Him Lord and Saviour and save a people that are His own possession. It reveals how we may enter into a relationship with God and become part of his family. It reveals the purpose that God has for His people and how we may live for Him and please Him.

Bible teaching at Staines Baptist Fellowship is Christ centred with the emphasis on revealing Jesus Christ, who He is and the blessing promised to come to man through Him.

Bible teaching is a central part of our main worship meeting on Sundays. We also have a regular Bible Study on Wednesday evenings where we study the Bible together in an informal group. We study the Bible systematically with the intention of studying the whole Bible over a period of five years every five years.
